The triple room was well-equipped with a safe box, minibar, and central heating. I appreciated the wake-up service and the stunning views from the room. the hotel's location was unbeatable for exploring Lucerne.

Close to public transportation. Room with plenty of natural light. Nice bathroom. Breakfast includes juice, fruit, butter, and breads. Quiet location. Large room. Friendly staff. Great burgers at nearby restaurant.

Just a one night stay hotel for travellers to hit the road the day after. Hotel quiet and comfortable. Nothing to eat or to see in this industrial area, except a Mac Donald. You have to take the car to go in Luzern center. Remember: The hotel price does not include the breakfast (15Euro/pers, optional), the parking place (7Euro/day-mandatory), the city taxe (5Euro)

Great location near the central station and California made our stay super convenient and relaxing. Being in the city center was a plus 🏙️. It was the best choice for our two-night visit, all in all.

The Hotel is a bit out of town. You need a car, though we used the local buses and had no problems.

As backpackers, we loved the clean and spacious rooms at IbIs. The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing us with all the assistance we needed during our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to the nearby train station and breathtaking mountain views. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a free souvenir voucher for mount Titlis, which added an extra touch to our experience.

Central location very close to Kriens, Lucerne central railway station, other local destinations, train depot, bus stop for Luzern, restaurants. A historic Gothic church is just a 15-minute drive away.

Had a real good stay for 3 nights. The location was magnificent, close to a train station, Kriens S-bahn, and the Pilatus hill.- It was good to be 1 km away from Pizza Sofra, serving short-orders.

Triple room with a view, had basic facilities we needed. We greatly enjoyed being nearby a bus station.
